At JL Clinical, I specialise in both advanced skin imperfection removal and skin rejuvenation treatments. Using advanced electrolysis, cryotherapy, SkinPen® medical grade microneedling and 3D Dermaforce advanced RF microneedling, I help clients from Flintshire, Chester, North Wales and surrounding areas achieve healthier, clearer and more confident skin.

A world-class advanced facial and body treatment that combines radio frequency and microneedling. 3D Dermaforce Microneedling/RF is an advanced method of skin rejuvenation that stimulates the body’s natural healing process to encourage collagen production of the dermis, resulting in anti-ageing and skin tightening.

SkinPen® Microneedling treatment is an advanced, clinically proven collagen induction therapy, designed to rejuvenate the skin naturally. Using the world’s first FDA-approved medical microneedling device, SkinPen® creates precise micro-injuries that stimulate your skin’s natural healing response—encouraging collagen and elastin production for a smoother, brighter, and more refined complexion.

Unwanted skin imperfections can affect confidence and self-esteem. At JL Clinical, I offer advanced electrolysis and cryotherapy treatments to safely and effectively remove a wide range of benign skin lesions, including skin tags, milia, cholesterol spots, cherry angiomas, thread veins, seborrhoeic keratosis, sebaceous hyperplasia, sun spots, benign moles, warts, and verrucae.
Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs, helping you achieve smoother, clearer skin with confidence.
Skin tags are common, harmless skin growths that can develop anywhere on the body, most commonly on the neck, eyelids, underarms, groin, and under the breasts. They may be flesh-coloured, pink, or slightly darker and can vary in size from tiny tags to larger, more noticeable growths.
Cherry angiomas, also known as cherry spots or Campbell de Morgan spots, are small, harmless red, dark red, or purple skin growths caused by burst blood vessels beneath the skin’s surface. They appear as small pinhead-sized dots or raised bumps and can be found anywhere on the face/body.
Milia and syringomas are common skin concerns that can appear as small white, yellow, or skin-coloured bumps on the face. While they are harmless, they are often unwanted for cosmetic reasons, particularly when they appear around the eyes, cheeks, nose, or other visible areas of the face.
Seborrhoeic keratosis is a common, non-cancerous (benign) skin growth that typically appears as people age. These growths are usually brown, black, or light tan in colour. They often have a waxy, scaly, or slightly raised appearance and may feel rough to the touch.
Warts are a common viral skin condition caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). They can appear anywhere on the body, most frequently on the hands, feet, face, and neck. Although warts are generally harmless and often painless, they can become spread over time, and cause cosmetic concern or embarrassment.
Sebaceous hyperplasia is a common, harmless skin condition caused by enlarged sebaceous (oil) glands. It typically appears as small, soft, yellow or flesh-coloured bumps with a slight indentation in the centre and is most commonly found on the forehead, cheeks, nose, and other areas of the face.
Facial thread veins, also known as broken capillaries, red veins, spider veins, or telangiectasia, are a very common skin concern that can affect both men and women. These tiny visible blood vessels often appear on the cheeks, nose, chin, and surrounding facial areas, creating persistent redness and uneven skin tone.
Sun pigmentation, also known as sun spots, sun damage, or solar lentigines, is a common skin concern caused by prolonged and repeated exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light. It occurs when melanin (the pigment that gives skin its colour) becomes overproduced or clumped together in certain areas of the skin.
Xanthelasma are soft, yellowish cholesterol deposits that usually appear around the eyelids. They are caused by a build-up of lipids under the skin and may be linked to cholesterol levels in the body, although they can also occur in individuals with normal cholesterol.
Moles, or nevi/naevi, are common benign (non-cancerous) skin growths made up of pigment-producing cells. They can appear anywhere on the body and vary in size, shape, colour, and texture. Most moles are harmless, symmetrical, and have smooth, well-defined edges.
